Return Process

  Ensure items are unopened, in original packaging, and not listed as non-returnable such as fragrance oils, essential oils, or color additives due to safety and purity standards.

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request and receive your unique return ID.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
