Shrink Band 26 x 37 T-Perf: fits Mini Lip Tubes

26 x 37 mm clear PVC shrink bands (tamper-evident sleeves) fit our Mini Lip Balm Tubes and have a "T-Perf", meaning that the band's perforation is only @ cap. When the portion of the shrink band @ the cap is removed, the rest of the band stays on the body of the tube.
