What is the typical processing time for wholesale orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasonal periods, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer bulk discounts on large quantities?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing on the majority of our inventory. The more you buy of a specific SKU, the lower the price per unit becomes automatically in your cart.
Are your fragrance oils and essential oils skin-safe?
All of our fragrance and essential oils include downloadable IFRA certificates and SDS sheets on the product page to ensure you can use them safely in soap, lotion, and cosmetic applications.
What is your return policy for raw ingredients?
To maintain the integrity and safety of our supply chain, we do not accept returns on raw ingredients, chemicals, or fragrances. Please purchase sample sizes if you are testing a new formula.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and customs duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal.
